FCC Passes Net Neutrality Rules

The FCC recently approved rules which would affect just about all internet users in the United States.  The Net Neutrality rules are aimed at keeping high speed internet available for all Americans regardless of if the sites they visit are paying internet companies high dollars.  For more on the recent FCC decision check out the article from CNN.
