Thursday, January 27th is the second installment of a series of Legislative workshops hosted by Kanu Hawaii. The first workshop was on January 20th and was well received. A crowd of more than one hundred concerned citizens filled the capitol for the introductory workshop. If anyone is still interested in seeing the first workshop the video is posted on the Kanu Hawaii UStream page.
The second Legislative workshop begins at 5:30PM and will run until 7:00PM in Capitol room 329. This session will be centered around citizens voicing their concerns by submitting testimony or contacting their representatives. The workshop will also be streamed live on KanuHawaii.org. Scheduled speakers include former State Senator Gary Hooser.
